Important Spring Dates
Registration – SPRING 2023
- Registration must be done on-line and opens January 31st.
- Regular registration fee deadline is March 20, 2023 (late fee applies after 3/20).
- Scholarship application deadline is March 20, 2023.
- Play With a Friend requests deadline is March 20, 2023 (for Tee-Ball and Coach-Pitch Softball).
Play-up Assessments – April 8th
- Rain Date: April 15th
- Please see the spring newsletter for age specific locations and times.
- Mandatory for those wishing to play-up from their regular age division. Please see our newsletter for requirements, restrictions and the league calendar for times and locations.
Skill Assessments – April 8th
- Rain Date: April 15th
- These assessments are for Green Hat (8-9) and older leagues and are followed by a “draft” process by coaches or by staff built teams (varies by league). They are not mandatory, but highly encouraged to help balance team skill levels.

Practices Begin
- Green Hat and older leagues; mid-April
- Tee-Ball and Coach-Pitch; late-April
- Practice schedules will be posted on-line in early April.
Games Begin
- Coach Pitch and older leagues; early-May
- Tee-Ball; mid-May
- Practice schedules will be posted on-line in early April.
Post Season Tournaments begin late June and the calendar is set in May
Spring Season Ends – no later than July 9th
