Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces (PROS) Plan
In the November 4 election, Issue 24 represents the renewal of the PROS levy to continue the development, maintenance and operations of the Westerville Parks and Recreation system.
WYBSL is proud to have contributed to the original Master Plan in 1998 that helped build/expand/renovate our fields at Huber Village, Metzger and Towers Parks. As part of the renewal, we hope to complete our long term plan of renovating fields for our middle and high school age leagues at Highlands Park.
